| Simon R. Kay, President and Chief Executive Officer |
Mr. Kay, a 30 year veteran of the business aviation industry, is focused on providing the strategy and vision that will enable ATG to be the leading manufacturer of power shade systems in the aviation industry. Previously, he was Director, Completions Team for B/E Aerospace - Aircraft Modular Products in Miami. He managed a team of sales, engineering and program management personnel, and was responsible for $15+ million in annual revenues. Prior to this position, Mr. Kay was the Program Director for B/E’s innovative Premium Cabin Concepts integrated interior kit program for the Bombardier Challenger.Mr. Kay has also held operations management positions at Gulfstream Aerospace, as Manager of Service Center Interiors, and at Raytheon Aircraft. He is also a licensed pilot (in helicopters and gliders, as well) and a certified flight instructor with over 6,500 hours total flight time in aircraft and helicopters, has obtained seven jet aircraft type ratings, and possesses both UK CAA and US FAA Airline Transport Pilot licenses. Mr. Kay holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University . |

Jean Freitas is ATG Director of Operations since 2007. Formerly with Executive Jet Center. Jean has over 18 years experience in the aerospace industry, with significant aircraft completion experience. |

Mr. Leonard has over 35+ years experience in avionics for the aerospace industry. Prior to joining ATG, Mr. Leonard was the Production Control Manager for Honeywell International's Fort Lauderdale Service Center. Mr. Leonard is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO auditor. |
| Sandy Coleman, Director of Certification |
Sandy Coleman is a Federal Aviation Administrator (FAA) Designated Engineering Representative (DER) with 30+ years experience in configuration management and 10+ years experience in Aircraft Certification. Reporting to the President and CEO, she is responsible for all Certification activities including STC programs, TC programs and PMA activities. She directs document control, configuration management and technical publications. She fosters corporate relationships with local ACO and MIDO. In addition, she works closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance in successfully achieving ATG goals of certified products. Prior to joining ATG she worked for Ozark Aircraft Systems as Certification Manager and was the Director of Certification for Executive Aircraft Completions. She has worked as a consultant in the industry with multiple completion centers and part manufactures. She is the founding President of Treasure Coast Down Syndrome Awareness Group and an Advisor for Stand Up for Independence which is a support group of young adult with disabilities learning to exercise their civil rights. |
